Shortbread Cookies for UNICEF's Gaza Crisis Relief 

Shortbread Cookie Recipe:

Ingredients:

(yield is variant depending on shape)

227g  butter

75g     granulated sugar

293g  all-purpose flour

 

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 325ºF

Cream butter and sugar.

Add flour and mix until it just comes together.

Roll dough to ¼” thick and use a cookie cutter to cut the shapes you would like.

Bake for 8-10 min or until the edges just start to golden.
