Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies for the Mesh of Mothers Foundation

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe:

Ingredients:

Butter                194g

Sugar                 212g

Brown sugar     148g

Eggs                   120g

Vanilla               3g

AP Flour           290g

Salt                    3g

Baking powder 6g

Baking soda      6g

Rolled Oats       142g

Chocolate          136g

Procedure:

o  Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.

o  Add eggs a little at a time to keep emulsification, scraping well. Add vanilla.

o  Whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Combine until fully incorporated.

o  Add oats and chocolate and mix until evenly distributed.

o  Let chill in the fridge overnight.

o  Bring dough to room temp.

o  Portion into 30g balls and bake at 325ºF for 10-12 min or until golden.
